Our Adult Kyuki-Do Program teaches the full spectrum of martial arts fundamentals, starting with:

The curriculum follows a progressive belt system from White Belt (12th Kup) through Black Stripe (1st Kup), with each rank introducing new forms (Hyung), one-steps, and advanced techniques including:
Joint locks, arm bars, and pressure point control
Judo throws and pins
Weapons forms and student-created self-defense sequences
