Leadership at Escambia Martial Arts is not something you sign up for it’s something you earn.
Once students reach Green Belt (9th Kup), they’ve completed their foundational Kyuki-Do training and may be considered for the next phase: Leadership Training. This program is by invitation only, extended by instructors to students who consistently demonstrate discipline, humility, and a sincere commitment to the art.
Leadership isn’t just about advanced technique it’s about mindset, responsibility, and service. Those selected are entrusted with the opportunity to deepen their martial arts knowledge while learning to lead, mentor, and inspire others.
